Based in the UK, the operation is run by Mike Furnival, general manager of Gowin Semiconductor (Europe), Furnival held similar positions ad XMOS Ltd. and Lattice Semiconductor UK Ltd.

We are convinced that this expansion will significantly enhance Gowin’s ability to demonstrate its leadership position in our fast-growing FPGA business and having Mike’s experience and knowledge on-board will ensure that our customers receive the best possible sales support activity.”
Gowin Semiconductor Corp. was founded in 2014 and offers a range of programmable logic devices, design software, intellectual property cores, reference designs, and development kits. These include non-volatile memory based FPGAs and FPGA-SoCs with ARM processor core or RISC-V processor core on chip.
